As the development of the Internet has made evidence collection difficult and costly to the rightholders,the Center has taken advantage of its strength and innovative technologies and established a third-party evidence collection mechanism to provide investigation，evidence collection and preservation, and other services to the parties for the use of their works in the Network environment.
