The Center is in charge of the registration and filing of the copyright exclusive licensing contracts and contracts of assignment on various types of works , the pledge contracts registration of various works, the registration of the contracts on the import and publication of overseas audiovisual works, and the certification of the contracts on the publication and reproduction of overseas electronic publications and on computer software copyright authorization.
